Our graduate student Elie Abdo is one of the 12 TAROT Participants in the Learning & Development Department for Batch I, embracing the Rotana LIFE.
Elie has completed his Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management at the Sagesse University Achrafyieh, Beirut-Lebanon. His philosophy in life is: “If someone needs to reach what he/she wants to be in life, they must look directly to the target not to miss it; and then the other goals will come”.
“The Accelerated Refinement Of Talent (TAROT)”, is a fast track development program offered by Rotana LIFE, in which hospitality management students will be trained over a period of 18 months with progressive growth opportunities. This program will give them the chance to ‘create their own deck’ and choose from options that best suit their learning style.
