Orientation Day is conducted just prior to the start of the fall semester. Students spend a day at the campus learning about what to expect during their academic journey. They are introduced to staff and faculty members and attend a variety of presentations and activities including academic affairs, the internship program, practical classes (kitchen and service), demo lab, team building, uniforms and grooming, course registration, and a full tour.
