Tourism and Hotel Management with the academic certification of Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne
Le Gastronomique is located on the third floor of the academic hotel. The grand ballroom has a dining capacity of up to 200 persons for special events and functions.
Le Cenacle, the third floor dining room, is where students gather to learn. A daily set menu is carefully selected by the Executive Chef and prepared by the first year practical kitchen students. The meals are served by the first year practical service students, using proven industry techniques as part of their hands-on training.
