As part of the internationally recognized Italian cuisine week, the Sagesse Faculty of Hospitality Management hosted a conference on Italian Food and Art in the presence of the Italian ambassador, H.E. Massimo Marotti. Professor Nicola Perullo from the University of Gastronomic Sciences in Pollenzo, Italy gave a lecture about the link between art and food and the aesthetic principles of food preparation and presentation. The event was followed by a food tasting of traditional Italian dishes prepared by Chef Nicola Offredi.
