Les Fils de Chafic Halwany s.a.r.l are hosting German Chef Peter Hallmanns at our faculty. He started his career as a chef in 1975 pursuing his passion for training and development. His slogan in life is” a coffin got no pockets”. Chef Hallmanns is here to introduce Anchor products into the Lebanese food service market.
