Dr. Peter O’Connor at SFHM

On Tuesday, April 11, 2016, Dr. Peter O’Connor addressed the third year class with an educative lecture on social media. Dr. O’Connor, the Dean of Academic Programs for ESSEC/France, discussed how to best maximize presence and sales in hospitality via the internet. Specialized in Information Services (IS) for tourism and hospitality management, he is the author of numerous academic publications including books and articles addressing the continuously updated technology and its effects on the hospitality industry.
