Congratulations to Perla Khattar, a graduate of La Sagesse Law School,  Class of 2020. Shortly after graduation, she was awarded the prestigious Fulbright Scholarship by the United States Department of State, as part of their cultural diplomacy program. Perla was able to graduate from Loyola Law School in New Orleans, with Masters degree of Laws in American Legal Studies, with an emphasis on privacy and technology. Perla graduated top of her class again, Summa Cum Laude, commencement speaker and had the honor of being hooded by Professor Robert Garda. Perla's MA thesis was titled, "The COVID-19 pandemic's impact on contract enforceability; or why American courts are wrongfully construing the force majeure doctrine." Perla received the highest distinction from the jury, with an A grade for her groundbreaking work.
