Best Booth Prize for the Nursing Department of the Faculty of Public Health at the Cancer Awareness Village

The Faculty of Public Health of the University of La Sagesse, namely 2nd year nursing students, participated in the Second Cancer Awareness Village event held by Barbara Nassar Association, in partnership with the Lebanese Ministry of Public Health, at the Beirut Forum on the 28 and 29 of February 2019. During the final ceremony, La Sagesse received a certificate of appreciation for its active participation, as well as a trophy for the best booth.

Objectives of the event:

- Spreading awareness about various types of cancer, prevention and early detection

- Encouraging citizens not to fear this disease and discover it at an early stage

- Urging citizens to support cancer fighters in completing their treatment with dignity
