Senior Nursing Sciences students at ULS won the price of the best presentation award at IBDAA, an annual nation-wide poster forum and student competition held by the Nature Conservation Center at American University of Beirut on Friday, April 29, 2022.  

Thirty-one university student teams coming from universities across Lebanon presented their research projects and designed solutions for environmental and societal challenges. 

Nursing  Sciences students at ULS participated within a research project entitled: “Psychological Distress in Lebanese Undergraduate University students during the COVID 19 Pandemic.” The research study aimed  to determine the level of psychological distress and its associated factors in students of the Faculty of Public Health at Sagesse University. The study was conducted by Dr (c) Marianne Chamoun in collaboration with Dr Diala El Khoury, Dr Ghada Khawand Aylé, Mrs Chantale El Hajj and.Dr Rachel Abdo. All the faculty team and student delegates participated in the completion of the project.
