As part of the curriculum for the Oenology course at the Sagesse Faculty of Hospitality Management, students participate in wine tasting. They learn how to differentiate between a variety of wines, match food and appropriate wines, appreciate the true value of wines and spirits as beverages, and make fair judgments about wine (during tasting).
