The Director of ULS Career Center Ms. Lara Al Arab is proud to announce that the two ULS biomedical engineering students Ms. Marie-Ange El Hayek and Mr. Mohammad Marwan Al Sidani “CyanoTree” team won the Développement de l’Entrepreneuriat Étudiant au Liban (DEEL) competition organized by L’Agence Universitaire de la Francophonie (AUF).

As part of the DEEL project, 11 finalist teams from 11 Lebanese universities pitched their projects on Friday, July 24th, 2020 from 9a.m. to 2 p.m. in front of the jury that included the Director of the AUF Middle East Office Mr. Hervé Sabourin, Director of Injaz Lebanon Mrs. Samar Dani, and Berytech Business Support & Development Manager Mrs. Joanna Abi Abdallah at the Key Hotel. The Career Center thanks PolyTech Professors Dr. Roger Matta and Dr. Christelle Charbel for supporting our team in working on the MVP “CyanoTree”.
