In February of 2023, Dr. Marlene Ishac, Acting Dean of the Faculty of Tourism and Hotel Management, and Ms. Kim Glazier, Consultant, EHL and SIR, virtually attended EHL's (Ecole hoteliere de Lausanne) SOTL 2023 Conference entitled, "The 5th Annual Scholarship of Teaching and Learning Conference." This innovative program discussed how to personalize faculty development, use collaborative and didactic tools, and craft formative feedback.
