Rasha Haddad is the 1st Secretary at the Embassy of Lebanon to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
I occupy the position of 1st Secretary and Consul at the Embassy of Lebanon to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland since August 2019.
I graduated from La Sagesse University in 2011 with a Bachelor of Laws degree. The Dean of the Faculty of Law was Dr Maroun Boustani.
I am currently pursuing an Executive Master's degree in Public Administration from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), which I hope to obtain in June 2023.
I also hold a Master’s degree in advanced study in Private Law from the Lebanese University (2015).
La Sagesse University is reputable for its distinguished curriculum and experienced professors. It is also known for its practical approach to the study of law, particularly given that a large number of professors are practising judges.
Indeed, education is a critical pillar for shaping one’s career. La Sagesse University allowed me to diversify my network. It enabled me to pursue several options after graduation.
The university enhanced my soft skills in critical thinking and problem solving and also adequately prepared me for the difficulties and challenges that I encountered (and expect to encounter still) during my career; amongst other things, I learned how to cope with pressure and to undertake my responsibilities in such settings.
