Université La Sagesse welcomed high school students and curious visitors to its main campus in Furn El Chebbak for a special Open Doors event. The day was all about giving students a closer look at the university’s diverse programs and helping them envision their after-school future.

Students and University Leaders Connect at ‘Rise’

Under the theme “Rise,” the event brought together students from various schools, eager to discover what Université La Sagesse has to offer.

The day was organized by the Office of Admissions and Orientation, led by its director, Nadim Yared, and his dedicated team, who worked tirelessly to ensure a smooth and enriching experience for all participants.

University President Professor Georges Nehme was present, along with the Vice-Presidents, the deans of the eight faculties, and the directors of various offices, departments, and centers.

Together, they engaged with students throughout the day, answering questions and offering valuable insights into academic programs and career opportunities.

A Journey Through Campus Life

Students had the chance to experience university life through guided campus tours.

They explored classrooms, labs, and common spaces while learning about the connection between different fields of study and today’s job market. The tours also highlighted the university’s global partnerships with universities in Europe and the United States, opening doors to exciting international opportunities.

A unique part of the experience was attending sample lectures from first-year courses. These sessions offered students a taste of what classes at Université La Sagesse are really like, helping them better understand each program and what to expect in their academic journey.

Throughout the day, each faculty hosted interactive sessions to introduce students to its programs and career possibilities:

The day wasn’t just about books and lectures. The Université La Sagesse Sports Club added a burst of energy with sports activities, giving students a chance to unwind, have fun, and experience the university’s campus atmosphere.
