The Lebanese wine festival, Vinifest, is held every fall at the Hippodrome in Beirut. Vinifest is the largest wine festival in the Middle East and attracts wine lovers from around the region.
This October, the Sagesse Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality Management, in conjunction with the Swiss Embassy of Beirut, participated in this prestigious event. SFTHM instructors, Mr. Sassine Bitar and Mr. Fadi LeSidon, offered master classes in beverage knowledge and wine etiquette to interested oenophiles.
