On March 9, 2017, the Sagesse University Faculty of Hospitality Management held its 3^rd annual Open Doors event on its Achrafieh campus.  Many students from different schools throughout Lebanon attended the special session at the university.

The day started with a warm welcome from the Dean, followed by a movie about the highlights of the hospitality industry.  They were then given a tour where the students discovered the various areas of the faculty including the reception, guest rooms, classrooms, laundry, fitness center, restaurant, ballroom, and kitchen. 

In the lab, students watched a live demonstration about making fresh pasta.  In addition, they attended an etiquette class and learned l’art de la table.

The visit culminated with a three course plated lunch prepared and served by the first year SFHM students.
