For the 3^rd consecutive year, the Faculty of Business Administration at Sagesse University held its 2017 “Human Resources Experts Roundtable” on May 15 and 16 at the University’s Conference Room.  This event is a platform where Sagesse MBA students presented their HR projects before a Jury of experts comprising of the following HR executives: the General Manager at Le Gray Hotel, Mr. George Ojail; the HR Division Head at Bankmed, Mrs. Dania Kaakani; The Head of Career Management at BLF bank, Mrs. Sandra Harb; the Head of Recruitment and Evaluation department at Credit Libanais, Mrs. Laurene Bou Malhab; the HR & Administration Manager at OMT, Mrs. Nancy Rachwan Maouad, and the Managing Director of Iquad Training company, Mr. Fady Abdul Khalik. The Dean of the Sagesse Faculty of Business, Prof. Rock-Antoine Mehanna, was represented by Dr. Walid Slaiby (the Coordinator of the HR department and the organizer of this year’s event).

The MBA students in Human Resource Management were coached and supervised by the following faculty members: Dr. Joseph Haddad, Dr. Ziad Haddad, Mr. Bassam Nammour, and Dr. Slaiby. Students presented high-caliber projects dealing with such topics as: power, politics and lobbying; motivation; how to achieve work-life balance; conflict management and negotiation; happiness at the workplace; and numeric performance management.
