Undergraduate - Required Application Documents

Required application documents:

The student cannot be registered if the required documents are incomplete.

 

1. Extract of individual register not more than six months old (for Military: Status N◦2);

2. Extract of family register not more than six months old (for the Lebanese applicants not covered by NSSF);

3. Photocopy of the family register;

4. Two recent passport photos;

5. Copy of the Lebanese baccalaureate or its official equivalence certified by the Ministry of Education and Higher Education;

6. Photocopy of the Lebanese baccalaureate;

7. Transcripts of: Grade 11 & Grade12 ;
 
8. Original certificate from the National Social Security Fund for those covered or its equivalence (issue date not exceeding three month); otherwise settlement of LBP 205.000 for enrollment fees at the NSSF for one year;

9. Photocopy of the NSSF;
10. Results SAT, ACT, USJ test d’aptitude, Cambridge, English exam, EEE, Toefl, DELF …

11. Entrance exam fees: 65 $ (fees may change without prior notice);

12. Registration fees: 200 $ (fees may change without prior notice).

 


Instructions for registration

 
  1. Attached to the application of the registration, dully filled and signed by the candidate, these documents shall be submitted personally to the Registration Office, during the fixed deadlines
  2. The pre-registration allows the opening of an academic file for the candidate. Accordingly with the fulfillment of the admission and transfer condition required by the faculty, the pre-registration allows the following:
 

a. The candidate will be eligible for the entry test

b. The equivalence rating committee will study the candidate's file

c.  Upon registration, the student shall acquaint himslef with the rules and regulations of the university and agree to abide by them

d. Admission shall be valid for the academic year in progress only. The student who does not register during one of the semesters in progress,

shall lose his right to register and should re-submit himslef to the entry test

e. The registration file remains the property of the faculty. The candidate cannot withdraw it in any case. However he can get a copy of it

2. Two recent passport photos;

3. Photocopy of last secondary year transcripts or certificate;

4. Photocopy of foreign baccalaureate transcripts;

5. Certified copy of the foreign  baccalaureate equivalence, from the Ministry of Education and Higher Education – Lebanon (for the students who have a Lebanese baccalaureate certified copy by the Ministry of Education and higher Education - Lebanon);

6. Photocopy of the residence permit;

7. Results SAT, ACT, USJ test d’aptitude, Cambridge, English exam, EEE, Toefl, DELF …

8. Entrance exam fees: 65 $ (fees may change without prior notice);

9. Registration fees: 200 $ (fees may change without prior notice).

  • Results SAT, ACT, USJ test d’aptitude, Cambridge, English exam, EEE, Toefl, DELF etc…
  • File assessment fees: 65 $ (fees may change without prior notice).
