In April of 2016, Father Khalil Chalfoun, President of Sagesse University, Father Daniel Sarkis, Financial Director, and Dr. Tanios Kassis, Dean of the Faculty of Hospitality Management, accepted an invitation to visit the Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne in Switzerland. The meeting served to strengthen the ties between the SFHM and the Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne, while further developing the mutually beneficial relationship between the two universities.
The Sagesse team toured the most prestigious faculty in the world, in addition to the institution and a behind-the-scenes look at the infrastructure. MOOC (Massive Online Open Course) was also discussed, as well as the EHL (Ecole Hoteliere Lausanne) Certified Schools Biennial Conference at the SFHM in Beirut in November of 2017.
